Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Salary: Grade 3, Scale Points 4-6; starting salary £14,583 (£23,114 - £23,893 pro rata)

FTE: 30 hours per week; 39 weeks per year (term time plus 5 PD days)

Job Type: Permanent

We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join our Inclusion Team. The successful applicant will have a desire to make a difference to the lives of students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. If you have the empathy, resilience and compassion to help our most vulnerable students then we can offer you a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience. The post might well be suitable for someone considering a career in teaching.

Our 11-18 school is at an exciting stage in its development. Our dedicated new Sixth Form building opened to students in January 2021, and the Mulberry Centre, a 24 place SEND setting, opened in November 2021. You will be joining a close-knit team and a Trust that is committed to ambition, aspiration and excellence for all.
